Almost no other type of horse blanket has such a variety of uses as the stable or grazing blanket. Horses which have been shorn must be kept warm, those in open stable accommodation must be protected from inclement weather.

Rubbing against stable walls subjects the material to heavy wear and, in spite of all this, the blanket should be easy to clean and attractive to look at.

Especially recommended in this case is “Rippstop” fabric with its highly attractive structure from the IBENA PolyLine series – a permeable outer material of polypropylene (PP) is quilted with a soft Molton material or lining.
